Istanbul Technical University and International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction-CIB are pleased to announce the CIB W78 Conference - Managing IT in Construction. The conference will be held in Istanbul on 1-3 October 2009. CIB W78 Committee meeting and poster session will take place on 30 September 2009. The workshop theme is  Managing IT in Construction. The conference will bring together international experts from academic and industrial communities to create an environment for exchange of their research, experience and best practices and to debate future strategies and solution in order to manage construction for tomorrow. The abstracts and papers will be reviewed by the international scientific W78 workshop committee. We hope to contribute to the wider debate on the important issue of Managing IT in Construction.
