Graphics should be integrated with text and ITcon formatting rules should be obyed.

The submission will be forwarded to at least three peer reviewers. The progress of the paper through the editorial pipeline can be monitored through the Web. The sender should receive comments by email in less than four weeks. If not the authors are advised to notify the editors about the lack of progress.

The article will be published within two weeks of the receipt of the error free final copy; the author will be invited to read the "galley proofs" before the article is linked into the title page and announced to the subscribers of the journal.
